EDF due dates for every month

File the EDF within 30 days from the end of the month in which you raised the invoice. Here is every deadline from the first month of the new rules, with the payment window alongside.

Quick answerOctober 2026 invoices → EDF due 30 November 2026. November → 30 December 2026. December → 30 January 2027. January 2027 → 2 March 2027 (February is short). Payment must arrive within 9 months of each invoice date (12 for rupee invoices).

For services other than software, the EDF may also be submitted on or before the date payment is received. Your AD bank can accept a late EDF for reasonable cause.
