About FileEDF

FileEDF exists for one reason: from 1 October 2026, thousands of Indian businesses that export services have a new monthly form to file, and most of them would rather be doing their actual work.

What we do

We build free tools that turn RBI's Export Declaration Form — and the paperwork around it — into a five-minute job. Alongside the EDF you'll find export and GST invoices, quotations, receipts, payslips, a UPI QR maker, code finders and more than fifty fill-in letters for banks, staff and clients.

Our guides explain the rules in plain English. Every regulatory fact is checked against RBI's published notification, and where the rules are still unsettled — like the position of individual freelancers after RBI's 7 October 2026 statement — we say so instead of guessing.

How we think about your data

Every tool works without an account. What you type stays in your browser. If you choose to create a free account, we store your business profile and the documents you save so you can reopen them anywhere — and you can delete them at any time. See our privacy policy.

What we are not

We are a document generator and an information resource, not a bank, a law firm or a CA practice. You remain the declarant on every form you file. For decisions specific to your business, talk to your AD bank or chartered accountant.
